Heavy Highway Construction Laborers (laborers, carpenters, and equipment operators) for Schuyler, Chemung, Steuben and Tompkins counties. Females are encouraged to apply. <p> Summary: Qualified Candidates must have reliable transportation, must be able to perform highly physical labor and must be available to work in various locations in New York State and accommodate many schedule changes.
