onsemi’s Intelligent Sensing Group is hiring a Program Manager to help us develop next generation of CMOS image sensors for the Automotive and Industrial markets. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the program from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the program.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Product Development - Program management
define program time schedule baseline and manage the progress, access and manage risks
act as main interface to all internal/external parties involved in the program
to ensure communication with customer and other depatments
to optimize use of all resources – labor, technical equipments, rules
to follow company working rules, applicable legislation and rules, requirements, company quality policy and company requirements in area of working safety and health protection, fire protection and environmental policy, and to participate in continuous improvement in these areas
to cooperate in creating, implementation, maintenance and development of quality system and ensure high standard of quality
PC AND LANGUAGE SKILLS: be familiar with MS Office, fluent written and spoken English
REQUIRED SKILLS: basic semiconductor technology knowledge and analog IC product knowledge (manufacturing flow, specification, application, cost, quality) is an advantage, Design FMEA, knowledge of planning software (MS Project), basic knowledge of applied quality system and its requirements, team leading skills, good communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills, customer orientate
