The Role

Proofpoint, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and creative Design Associate to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the visual needs of our HR department, crafting engaging and consistent visual communications that align with our brand.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing and Brand teams to ensure that all HR-related materials reflect our company’s brand identity.

Your day-to-day

Visual Content Creation

  • Design visually appealing graphics, presentations, and materials for HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal communications.

  • Develop digital and print collateral for HR events, such as posters, flyers, banners, and newsletters. Brand Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand team to ensure all HR visual materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.

  • Maintain and update HR templates and ensure all visual communications reflect the company’s brand identity. Internal Communications Support

  • Assist in creating visual content for internal communications, including intranet posts, email campaigns, and social media updates related to HR.

  • Design layouts and graphics for HR reports and presentations to ensure clear and effective communication.

Employee Experience Enhancement

  • Contribute to enhancing the employee experience by designing materials that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.

  • Support the development of onboarding materials and welcome kits for new employees.

Project Collaboration

  • Work with HR team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support HR initiatives. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communications.

  • Seek feedback on design work and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards are maintained.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in internal communications or HR-related projects.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

  • Strong understanding of branding and ability to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A creative portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in corporate or HR contexts.
