Job Title: Resort Services Agent

Job Summary: Resort Services Agent (RS Agent) combines the skills of a Guest Services, Retail Clerk and Rental Tech Agents to make you one super-agent! You love that each day is multi layered with sales, high customer service standards and you are a subject matter expert (don't worry we will train you!). You will interweave your skills to provide a safe guest experience and sustain day to day operations in one or more locations. The RS agent is the frontline contact with the guest and must engage them in the most positive way while professionally representing the resort. This position involves dealing with a high-volume of guests and requires flexibility in being able to transition between different tasks and operating outlets quickly, effectively, and accurately. The Resort Services agent should also be a subject matter expert and should be able to provide guests recommendation on additional resort offerings or additional activities during their time at Copper Mountain. Basic Requirements: - Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. - High School degree or equivalent - Bending, reaching, climbing - Pushing/Pulling - Prolonged standing - Eye/hand coordination - Visual concentration on equipment - Concentrated reading and writing - Rapid reaction to physical changes (operating equipment) - Peripheral, color, and depth vision - Variation in temperature from hot to cold - Must be at least 18 years old
