Description
We are a recruiting for a company seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a growing organization located in Coplay, PA.
Job Responsibilities:
Check and process customer orders ensuring accuracy.
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or in person.
Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions to satisfy them.
Maintains customer records and update account information.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information about our products and services.
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team and customers.
Requirements
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Patience and empathy to manage demanding customers.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software.
