Overview
As a Senior Leader, CX & Innovation Consulting, you will be responsible for the growth, development and execution of experience and innovation strategy services across the Nordics region and beyond. You’ll work in partnership with other X (Experience & Innovation) capability leads within the region. As such, this role will require frequent travel within the region.
The role works at the intersection of strategy and design and will focus on driving opportunities within the C-Suite and senior management teams. You will be responsible for shaping opportunities through the customer and market lens to accelerate value identification and value realisation for clients. To do this, you will bring together a range of experts to help clients define and shape amazing customer value propositions, new propositions and experiences and even wholly new businesses. You will do this from within the X (experience and innovation) capability group, but working in partnership with Management Consulting, Engineering, Data and our Product capability groups.
You will be involved in originating, shaping and driving transformational strategies from inception through to budgeting and implementation working alongside Publicis Sapient’s proven digital transformation technology teams. As a senior leader within the team you will also be involved in shaping and growing the focus and strategy of Publicis Sapient’s experience offering itself.
Responsibilities
You will have at least 15 years of CX and Innovation Consulting experience, ideally working within a major consulting, digital or design firm. Deep customer research and analytics skills is core to your DNA, as is the use of service design / design thinking to drive product strategy and innovation. Prior experience within programmes and strategies with multi-million Euro and global scale and reach is expected. Also expected are skills, interest and experience in technology and using technology to drive value accretive experience-led transformations.
As a Senior Leader, you will be expected to drive business development around diverse range of spaces from digital business transformation strategy, customer experience transformation, employee experience, new product and service innovation, and moving into broader complex system strategy and design as well as much, much more.
As a lead you will be evaluated based upon your impact on the capabilities of the team, the work and the commercial contribution of the broader X group within the region in collaboration with the other leaders.
Qualifications
General:
Thought leader in Strategic Design and Innovation releted space.
Experience within Consumer products, Retail or B2B industries.
Business level fluency in English (Danish is a huge plus).
Strong consulting skills and experience to C-level clients.
Excellent team player.
Well organized.
Creative and analytical problem solver.
Excellent written, verbal, numerical and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel.
In terms of CX&I Consulting specific:
Proven leadership capability to build, manage and grow people and our culture.
Deep expertise working at the intersection of strategy and design.
Subject matter expert when it comes to applying design thinking, as well as innovation frameworks and tools to solve complex problems.
To do this, you will be customer led using a range of exploratory and assessment based research techniques, but have a strong appreciation and understanding of the commercial case for change.
High levels of proficiency in leveraging Service Design to tackle problems and drive value realisation working with other product and engineering teams.
Strong appreciation understanding of new technology and data related topics and platforms.
Appreciation for Agile ways of working and modern technology tools and methods.
Experienced owning and driving CX & Innovation project revenue.
Location: Copenhagen (with frequent travel across the region)
