WorkSource Oregon Project Architect in COOS BAY, Oregon
Key Responsibilities: \' Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion. \' Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure design quality and project goals are met. \' Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents. \' Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to. \' Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and codes. \' Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff. \' Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations. Qualifications: \' Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture. \' Licensed Architect \' Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management. \' Proficiency in architectural software, specifically AutoCAD. Skill in Revit, SketchUp, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. \' Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials. \' Excellent communication and presentation skills. \' Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
