MMC Corp Client Services Associate in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
We are seeking an individual who can provide assistance with the development and delivery of personal and institutional client financial advisory services.
Work closely with Practice Leader and associated Asset Management division team members of MMA.
Support client services concerning financial plans, investments, and insurance needs.
Collaborate in acquiring and leading client relationships, providing guidance on a broad range of investment products and services tailored to client needs.
Support and promote a holistic advisory approach.
Process financial information to create reports and presentations, develop analytic skills, work on client onboarding and prospecting projects, and prepare for a role as a Client Services Manager, Advisor, or Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities
Work among the Relationship Management and Client Operations teams on projects and timely tasks in service of clients and prospects.
Prepare portfolio/planning related presentations, attend client calls/meetings, coordinate client communications, facilitate onboarding of new clients, etc.
Ensure a quality experience and engagement for existing clients, and convey this to new client opportunities
Provide relevantand suitable financial information and services to meet existing and prospective client needs, including financial planning, investment, insurance, and other financial solutions
Work closely with Practice Leader and team to deliver the full suite of services
Skills and Experience:
Undergraduate degree is a requirement.
Licensure as an IAR (series 65) or FINRA license are preferred, and financial accreditations and ERISA plan experience are bonus qualifications.
Excellent personal skills, experience with financial vernacular and investment terminology, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and CRM applications.
Collaborative, self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
