Join Our Team of Professional Electrician
We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as Helper/Apprentice Electrician. In this role, you will work alongside experienced electricians to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about starting a career in the electrical trade and gaining practical experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, fixtures, and panels.
Aid in troubleshooting electrical issues and carrying out repairs under the guidance of experienced electricians.
Safely and effectively use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Keep work areas clean and organized, including disposing of debris and properly storing tools and materials.
Assist in documenting work completed, such as filling out work orders, time sheets, and inspection reports.
Participate in training programs and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the electrical trade.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 to 4 years of experience in residential (Salary based on experience).
Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced electricians.
Basic understanding of electrical principles and concepts.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with team members and supervisors.
Physical ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
