The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.02
SUMMARY:Supervision of maintenance staff in repairing and maintaining of liquor commission headquarters, as well as all state operated liquor stores while implementing and following all NH Liquor Commission rules and policies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performs skilled work in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry in repair and maintenance of facilities, relocations and new locations of liquor stores.
Maintains inventory records of store fixtures, shelving, checkout counters, wine racks and maintains preventative maintenance schedule, as well as assists in special budget preparation for maintenance department.
Inspects work and oversees independent contractors on maintenance projects for compliance, safety standards and completion dates.
Assists in the monitoring and operation of the agencys Energy Management Program.
Makes recommendations on work methods and procedures for maximum usage of labor and materials.
Supervises and monitors subordinate employees and sub-contractors in completions of projects.

YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS: Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Completion of high school, G.E.D. or its equivalent plus two years technical training or education in engineering or building trades. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience:Four years' experience in the maintenance and repair or construction of buildings or facilities including two years in a supervisory capacity. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification:A valid NH drivers license, as statewide travel is required
