Position Overview: We are seeking a talented
and experienced Structural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Structural
Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and analyzing
structural components for a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely
with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs
meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in structural analysis and design software to create innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.
Work closely with project teams to develop conceptual designs and translate them into detailed construction drawings.
Conduct thorough structural analysis and calculations to verify the integrity and stability of designs.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and findings effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
X+ years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in (specific industry or sector).
Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, and/or RISA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
