Tripleseat Sales Operations Specialist in Concord, Massachusetts

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing updated prospecting lists, managing CRM data, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This individual will work closely with sales reps, marketing team, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and drive growth.

This role will be an in-office role based in our Concord, MA office. We do have flexible work from home options. Remote location may be available.

What you will do:

  • Data Management: Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer information.

  • Lead Generation: Compile and provide updated Salesforce prospecting lists (views or reports) to sales representatives, ensuring they have the most current and relevant leads.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with tools, resources, and reports to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and distribute regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance to inform strategic decisions.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations processes and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and campaigns with sales goals.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales reps on CRM usage and sales tools to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their roles.

  • Compliance and Data Security: Ensure data handling practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining data security and privacy.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.

  • Experience in the software or hospitality industry preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
