Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executives.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly executed.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supportingDirectorLevel Executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
