Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in the government industry, located in Commerce City, Colorado. This role is a vital part of our team, with responsibility for digitizing and managing files, as well as assisting with office packing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of digitizing files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Operate and maintain scanning equipment for file digitization.

• Handle office packing tasks as required.

• Maintain orderly and accurate physical and digital filing systems.

• Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, and About Time.

• Answer inbound calls as required, providing excellent customer service.

• Perform clerical duties and correspondence as necessary.

• Create charts and graphs for reporting purposes when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required for document handling tasks.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is needed for managing financial records.

• Familiarity with A-Systems for efficient data entry and file management.

• Knowledge of Epic Software for seamless healthcare data management is a plus.

• Proficiency in IBM AS/400 for managing databases is needed.

• Experience with About Time for accurate time tracking is beneficial.

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls for addressing queries and providing information.

• Skills in Charts - Graphs for effective data visualization and reporting.

• Must have experience in Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, and copying.

• Ability to manage Correspondence, including drafting letters and emails.
