Acxiom VP, Artificial Intelligence (AI) - Remote in Columbus, Ohio

As the Strategic Go-To-Market AI Leader, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our AI services and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including practice leads, product, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of AI initiatives. Your expertise in AI technologies, market trends, and strategic planning will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our AI offerings.

*This role can be located almost anywhere in the North America (US & MX)

What You Will Do:

Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AI products and solutions, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Service & Solution Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with strategy & practice leads, client and marketing teams to define clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions and messaging for AI services and solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans and successful launches.

Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and training programs, to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell AI solutions.

Customer Engagement : Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure customer-centricity in AI development and go-to-market efforts.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Thought Leadership : Represent Acxiom as a thought leader in AI at industry events, conferences, and webinars, building the company's reputation and credibility in the AI space.

Partnerships and Alliances : Identifying and fostering strategic partnerships with external organizations, such as technology vendors, research institutions, and startups, to leverage expertise, access to resources, and accelerate AI innovation.

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and go to market strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong technical expertise in AI technologies, including natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions in a corporate marketing environment, resulting in measurable business impact.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
