Description

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves the development and maintenance of web applications, design and implementation of backend services and APIs, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend components of web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using .NET Core, SQL, and other relevant technologies

• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components to deliver a cohesive user experience

• Optimize application performance by implementing efficient database queries, caching mechanisms, and other performance tuning techniques

• Write clean, well-designed, and testable code following best practices and design patterns

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

• Collaborate with team members to identify and fix bugs and ensure the reliability and stability of the application

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to automate the build, test, and deployment processes

• Gather requirements, analyze user needs, and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in software development and propose improvements to our development processes and technologies

• Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical skills and knowledge

Requirements • Proven experience in the construction or contractor industry

• Proficiency in Apache Struts

• Strong skills in Backend Development

• Proficiency in C++ programming language

• Experience working with Database systems

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in Ajax

• Experience in API Development

• Knowledge of ASP.NET

• Proficiency in CSS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Proven ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
