Robert Half Senior Software Engineer in Columbus, Ohio
Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our Information Technology team.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop business applications and system solutions, which include creating test plans, and results for unit testing, safety and soundness testing, regression testing and system integration testing, adhering to corporate architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Fully support and participate in all stages of agile methodology, including daily standup, story planning, backlog grooming, and demonstration.
• Provide honest and critical feedback during all stages of the process to ensure better development practices and successful solution implementations.
• Recommend environmental/architectural changes that will increase the stability or improve the performance of the systems and applications.
• Work with C# programming, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Agile Software Development.
• Involve in all phases of software development lifecycle and mobile application development
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Proficient in C# Programming
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ASP.NET
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Agile Development and Agile Software Development methods
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong understanding of the banking industry and related software applications.
