Insight Global Risk Validation Lead in Columbus, Ohio
Job Description
Job Description:
o Execute Findings and Action Plan validation to ensure content and identified actions are appropriate to resolve identified gap or issue.
o Partner with identified stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of Findings/Action plans with appropriate escalation to management and Segment Risk Officer
o Collaborate with Audit/Corporate IT Risk/Segment CIO Leadership teams to address issues with appropriate action plans and target dates that remediate root causes.
o Participate in Technology Risk Committee and other oversight and governance groups as assigned.
o Execute process improvement to ensure successful and timely remediation of identified issues

Skills and Requirements
MUST HAVES :
o Bachelor's Degree
o Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical audit or risk position, primarily in a technology, cybersecurity or infrastructure environment
o 5+ years of experience finding validations, issue management
o Creating action plans, managing issue plans
o CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certification
o Banking background is highly preferred! PLUSSES :
o Strong written and verbal cocmmunication skills
o Strong research and analytical skills
o Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
o Familiar with SDLC process and project management
o Proficient in MS Office null
