ManpowerGroup Business Requirements Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

Our client, a leading organization in the scientific industry, is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to join their team. As a Business Requirements Analyst, you will be part of the Sales division supporting key systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Requirements Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite with remote options on Mondays and/or Thursdays)

What's the Job?

  • Work closely with business users and Technology to elicit and capture business requirements for updates and enhancements to existing Business Applications.

  • Manage business expectations and ensure appropriate delivery of requested solutions, including end-user testing.

  • Drive end-user testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of delivered application changes.

  • Facilitate interactive meetings with management to develop requirements based on business needs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology to maintain and improve integrations with different systems.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science.

  • 2-5 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements in a collaborative agile setting.

  • Proficiency in standard software development project management processes (SDLC, waterfall, RUP, agile, etc.).

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, specifically in customer interaction.

  • Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Word).
