What You'll Do * The ideal candidate will work as a Lead Business Analyst throughout the SDLC * Organize requirements in ADO to support development; create functional design mock-ups using tools such as Balsamiq * Schedule and coordinate all testing activities including system, user acceptance, performance, and production verification * Elicitation of Requirements: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements * Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirement documents, ensuring that the documented processes align with the project objectives and IT capabilities * Process Mapping: Document existing business processes and propose enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency * Requirements Management: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, managing and communicating business requirements throughout the project lifecycle * Analysis and Solution Assessment: Analyze business problems and work collaboratively with the technical team to evaluate solution options that address business needs * Leadership: Guide and mentor junior business analysts on the team, promoting best practices in business analysis and process improvement What You'll Need Required: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis role * Proven track record of successful requirement elicitation, documentation, and management * Strong understanding of business process mapping and re-engineering * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels * Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
