RN Case Manager - Senior Behavioral Health - FT
40 hrs/wk; 8a-4:30p, M-F. Responsible for case management and utilization. Review functions designed to ensure the coordination and continuity of health care as patients transfer between different locations. 5 years as an RN, 1 year in mental health care, case management experience preferred.
