AtWork Personnel Maintenance Technician in Columbia, Tennessee
-Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. -Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including hydraulics, and pneumatics. -Familiarity with high voltage electrical systems and industrial electrician work. -Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. -Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment -Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components. -Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime -Repair or replace faulty parts, such as motors, belts, bearings, and electrical wiring. -Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). -Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
