Job Summary:

As our Client Access Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our teams and the growth of Burrell Behavioral Health. You'll oversee and support our Client Access Supervisors and teams, providing coaching, training, and guidance to help them thrive. Your expertise will also be leveraged to drive process improvements, innovative solutions, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee and support Client Access Supervisors and their respective teams

  • Collaborate with Client Access Supervisors to identify areas of opportunity in workflow, processes, and personnel

  • Provide coaching and training to Supervisors and Client Access Representatives.

  • Conduct yearly evaluations of direct reports and provide feedback

  • Set obtainable team and supervisor goals and expectations

  • Review the accuracy of Client Access Supervisors' timecards and time off requests

  • Continuously review processes with all levels of Client Access management

  • Represent Revenue Cycle and Client Access in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner to support innovation

  • Represent Burrell in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner to external vendors

  • Develop, implement, and manage reports and audits related to client overall experience and accuracy

  • Conduct onsite visits/observations biweekly or as needed

  • Ensure Supervisors are conducting weekly onsite visits or as needed

  • Provide documented feedback and communication with regards to staff development and coaching opportunities

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Hiset

  • 2 years experience in a customer service / administrative leadership role preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with behavioral health industry and regulations preferred
