Summary Responsible for preparing, processing, booking, and verifying all documentation pertinent to consumer and commercial loans from all regions of ANB Bank.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains thorough understanding and continuing knowledge regarding, regulatory loan compliance, state laws, bank s credit policy, internal procedures, consumer disclosures, including but not limited to: RESPA, HMDA, TRID, and any other overlapping areas of compliance related to loan docum Accurately prepares all loan contracts and documentation required to perfect the Banks security interest in collateral, ensuring compliance with state laws, regulatory agencies, banks internal procedures and policy requirements. Works with supervisor when necessary. Prepares loan documents, work with Quality Control and verifies accuracy to be sure documents were prepared in accordance with the loan request prior to delivery to branch. Informs Quality Control department, Relationship Manager and/or Loan Assistant of any documentation issues including missing documentation and the need for follow-up. Inputs loan information into various operating systems (including Laser Pro). Maintains checklist for documentation compliance. Monitor and track incoming loan requests on a central report and distribute the loans for processing to the appropriate personnel. Assists internal customers with various problems, changes and/or inquiries regarding loans in process and following through to make sure customer's needs have been satisfied. Learn and assist in E-Oscar process (credit report disputes and related issues). Assist manager with various projects such as, Laser Pro maintenance; researching and resolving loan issues that arise from loan documentation or NGP; loan suspense account; deferred fees; shadow notes; escrow accounts including audit for in flows and out flows to be compliant; balancing for GL s, non-post research; monitor letters of credit; process-non-accruals and repo s for bank; rate changes in the system when needed, grade changes; non-accrual/TDR status changes; flood insurance tracking Assist with and act as a reference point to Loan Assistants in their various loan process and system duties. Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards. Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the posit Other duties may be assigned.
