Join our team as “Application Support Engineer - Teamcenter Manufacturing (m/f/d)” in one of our 18 locations in Germany. You will work in a hybrid model, choosing between working remotely or from the office in a flexible manner.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

  • interfacing with mid-level customers, engineers, and managers to develop or enhance complex computer-aided engineering design or manufacturing processes

  • using computer-aided systems to assist and instruct lead customer engineers on large scale, complex design and tooling tasks involving multiple design environments

  • cogently communicating software problems to product development

  • assisting other engineers in the design, development, and implementation of large scale, complex graphical application programs on multiple software products and hardware platforms

  • providing business and technical feedback to software and hardware vendors.

What do you need to realize what matters.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical training with professional experience

  • Professional experience in software analysis or software development, preferably in the teamcenter manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of the fundamentals in several of the following areas:

  • operating systems, databases, PDM software, networks and webserver

  • Knowledge of a programming language are useful, but not essential

  • Experience with Tecnomatix Process Simulate / Offline Programming / Commissioning or equivalent PDM Product is ideal

  • Independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as a high degree of team-orientation

  • Fluent englisch skills, both written and spoken. German skills are nice to have

  • Knowledge of additional language, e.g. Spanish, is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Taking initiative, being communicative, adaptive and using analytical thinking
