REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO Administrative Support Specialist in COLLEGE STATION, Texas
Secure Title Administration is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that helps lenders manage and track the title throughout the term of the lease or loan. As the Administrative Support Specialist you will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to follow up on delinquent titles, process miscellaneous documents per client request, and respond in a timely manner to all issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to research and respond to system tickets and complete state forms accurately based on client request.
Requirements:
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
