Compensation for the Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk

  • \$22 Per Hour
  • Monday Thursday, 8 am 5 pm, and Friday 7:30 am or 8 am 4:30 pm

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk

  • Provide business office clerical assistance
  • Compile, classify, record, verify, and maintain data and payments to accounts payable
  • Process time records, compile payroll reports, maintaining payroll control records, calculate payroll
  • A mix of duties within the office that includes general administrative office duties, accounts payable duties, and payroll duties

Requirements for the Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk

  • At least 2 years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience required
  • Professionalism is extremely important in this role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Windows, etc.
  • Construction knowledge is a plus
  • Enjoy a very fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to multitask and handle ever changing priorities
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
