ManpowerGroup Inventory Clerk in Coachella, California
Our client, a leader in the Waste industry, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be part of the operations department supporting the inventory management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Coachella, CA
Pay Range: $24 per hour
What's the Job?
Input and retrieve inventory and billing information using various software programs including Fleetmate, Excel, and ACS.
Contact vendors regarding service-related issues and negotiate pricing.
Communicate effectively with vendors or the public in person or by telephone.
Check incoming material for quality and quantity against invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips.
Perform data entry of daily work orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform outside laborer duties
Must have forklift experience
What's Needed?
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes.
Basic arithmetical skills to reconcile physical counts with inventory records.
Previous experience in parts distribution, stocking, and ordering.
Good communication skills to ensure quality customer service.
