Emerson Project Documentation Administrator in CLUJ, Romania

Based in Cluj-Napoca, as a Project Documentation Administrator you will manage overall documentation for complex projects, ensuring customer documentation requirements are met in a timely manner, act as a documentation main point of contact for our customers and internal collaborators and ensure all documentation requirements are met on time, following the requirements of the orders, while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Act as main contact with the customer regarding documentation management aspect, participate in various meetings with customers;
Analyze customer documentation requirements from quote to cash; ensure support on documentation aspects in quote phase;
Plans the documentation processes in accordance with the project charters;
Ensure all documentation requirements are met throughout all project phases; own, develop & update the documentation list and status;
Review customer comments on documentation and ensure on time submissions;
Works closely with the project team, coordinate and expedite activities for documentation, revisions and approvals with the assigned support teams and customers;
Collect, organize, store and send to customers the electronic & hardcopy documentation;
Highlight documentation project change requests from customers;
Develop and implement strategies to comply with the customer requirements within agreed timeframe.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree;
Proficient English language skills - verbal, reading and writing;
Excellent organizational skills, including time management and follow-up;
1-year experience in documentation development would be considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe PDF);
Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software will be a plus;
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills in support of organizational change;
Flexible teammate with ability to work in cross-functional teams and across varying groups and interpersonal levels.
