Emerson Project Documentation Controller (24 months) in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

As a Project Documentation Controller you will be responsible of all Project Documentation activities, documentation plan, processes and delivery of documents in time and at required quality standards to the customers, suppliers and the project team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Own, develop and update the Project Documentation List
Follow-up the project documentation status, schedule dates, on time delivery andreports the status as per project specifications
Develop or give input into the Project Documentation Management Plan
Make sure the document owners and reviewers are aware of the documentationschedule and are completing the necessary actions on time
Manage project documentation in accordance with the agreed plan, customeragreements and any other existing industry requirements
Ensure document revisions are tracked and version numbers updated appropriately.Report to the Project Manager during project life
Main contact with customer regarding documentation management aspects
Collect and organize the electronic documentation from Project Team/Technical Teamstoring it on SharePoint or DocPro
Develop and update project documentation based on available templates and teaminput
Perform language and formatting proofing of the project documentation
For This Role, You Will Need:
1-2 years experience working in an administrative role, working with tools, in multinational environment
Proficient at using Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Reader andother documentation editing tools
Basic knowledge of project environment and project execution methodologies
Be proactive and able to work effectively within a remote team
Good verbal and written communication skills
A good eye for detail and able to work accurately
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with additional languages preferred

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledge of Document Management System (EDMS – MicrosoftSharePoint, DocPro) or any similar ERP system.
Previous experience working in project based activities in a multinational environment
