Emerson ETO Engineer (12 months) in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania
The purpose of this role is to offer and deliver high quality Engineered Solutions and technical support and to support with technical knowledge in customer projects. The secondary purpose is to enhance the process radar product offerings compliance to market needs by feeding the organization with guidance from the project and specials market.
You will also help to maintain and enhance the technical knowledge within Customer Projects Team.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support Customer Projects in the pre-sales phase
Handle and coordinate evaluation of specials requests for the product portfolio by collaborating with internal and external partners.
Handle Delegation of Authority.
Being responsible for the specials
Assure that specials requests are handled according to the process
Set up specials in the database and ERP system according to agreed rules
Assure set up of specials and maintaining the database
Maintaining the specials filters
Be the speaking partners for Process Radar specials
Maintaining and improving special request forms
Assure that pricing of specials are correct
Work on continuous improvements
Improve and adjust the Engineered Solutions process according to new requirement
Contribute and implement team improvement initiatives
Some travels are expected to participate in customer project events, internal trainings etc

For This Role, You Will Need
University engineering degree
Relevant work experience in technical support
High Customer focus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Self motivating and self learner, able to multitask and to ensure delivery in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in delivering customize technical solutions to specific customers
Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders
