Emerson After Sales Representative with French in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensure the consistent and effective provision of services / information to the customer base including (but not only) Order management, fulfilment, problem solving and other services across all media (telephone, mail, etc.).
Communicate with the customer to understand the issue
Log customer claims in the appropriate data base(s)
Have credit notes requests validated by the appropriate persons ensuring a clear, accurate and reliable information is provided to make decision.
Raise credits when validated
Follow the good returns until their completion. Communicate daily with Product after Sales and chase all parties. This part is also including chasing customers and transport companies when necessary.
Deal with rejection in commercial manner.
Liaise with customers, sales forces, and customer service
Contribute to root cause analysis, lead actions, and update the credit notes action plan and KPI’s follow up

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Attention to details, proactivity
Strong ability to solve problems
Proficient in English and French (verbal and written communication skills)
