Adecco is assisting a client in Clifton, NJ in their search for a Laboratory Coat Operator . This is a direct hire role with pay ranging from $20-$30 an hour depending on experience. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, apply now!
Primary Responsibility: To effectively operate the lab coater/laminator in a safe manner to produce quality trial and sample orders in coordination with Lab Coater Manager.
Specific Duties:
Responsible for the quality of products and samples produced on lab coater.
Utilization of the correct raw materials called for on the specification form.
Following all safety procedures including grounding of equipment
Report all equipment or material problems to the Lab Coater Manager.
Maintenance of the lab coater equipment and accessories in working condition.
Material testing, adhesive preparation (mixing),coordinating raw materials with other departments, processing paper work and material transactions.
Cleaning Equipment and surrounding area and Maintaining a clean work environment
Selection of proper raw materials.
Rejection of unacceptable converted products.
Coordination with the test lab to complete tests on outgoing products.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
