Senior Oracle Analyst
Job Description:
Translate business requirements into solutions by leveraging the standard Oracle functionality in the latest releases of Oracle EBS. Coordinate design decisions on business solutions and processes within the Oracle EBS system. Defining and maintaining database problem reporting, tracking, and resolution procedures. Meet with business application managers and integration teams to ensure delivery and uptime per Curvature standards. Perform technical design and development on data conversions, integrations, reports, workflow, and extensions. Coordinate with the Data Management group on designing data process maps and updates for process changes. Liaise with development, database administrator, and vendor teams to coordinate on Oracle production releases and upgrades. Participate in change management processes, including requirements gathering, design, execution, testing, and migration. Coordinate with third-party vendors to evaluate and select packages that can be integrated with Global enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to support agile business requirements. Conduct business process analysis to align technical solutions with business initiatives. Provide research and support for business application systems. Communicate application concepts, project management concepts, and knowledge of system design to guide stakeholders requesting functional changes or enhancements. Mentor in-house technicians in utilizing the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics engineering, or a related field and five years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP.

``` - Experience conducting Unit testing and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

``` - Experience managing Oracle Application production support environment, including understanding support processes and identifying and leading support process creation and improvement work.

``` - Experience leading production tool set development efforts to enable proactive support capabilities to minimize business impact.

``` - Proficiency with tools used to support Oracle Application development, including PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Web Services, XML Publisher, and JDeveloper with OA extension.

``` - Technical knowledge of Oracle Architecture, Framework, Technology Stack, and Oracle RDBMS.

``` - Experience in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), including customizations in self-service web applications using JDeveloper.
