Grant Thornton Market Marketer (Sr Associate) in Cleveland, Ohio
Grant Thornton is seeking a Market Marketer (Sr. Associate) to join the team in Cleveland, OH.
As a Field / Area Marketer Senior Associate in our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will get the opportunity to drive local market impact through strategic marketing initiatives that align with our firm's broader objectives. Working collaboratively with GTM, marketing and sales leaders, you'll translate data-driven insights into actionable local marketing plans. Your role will be critical in bringing our brand to life through strategically orchestrated events that deliver measurable results. From day one, you'll be empowered by our collaborative culture and comprehensive marketing resources to make a tangible difference in how we engage with clients and prospects in your assigned market.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
Partnering with local leaders and marketing / sales teams to identify market-specific priorities based on cross-functional data analysis
Coordinating across field marketing teams and industry specialists to develop cohesive marketing plans and event calendars that maximize impact in your respective area
Collaborating with campaign strategists to incorporate emerging content and thought leadership into local market activation
Planning and overseeing the execution of 1st and 3rd party events and sponsorships that enhance our brand presence and generate qualified leads
Capturing, analyzing, and maintaining quality marketing data to inform future initiatives and demonstrate ROI
Translating firm-wide marketing campaigns into locally relevant initiatives that resonate with area audiences
Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders across functions to ensure aligned messaging and execution
Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining agility to respond to market changes and emerging opportunities
Working with onshore and offshore members of our events and sponsorships center of excellence to ensure consistent execution
Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required; MBA preferred
2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, with professional services or related industry experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in event management, campaign execution, and marketing analytics
Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Excellent project management capabilities with proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functions
Creative problem-solving approach with focus on delivering excellence in marketing execution
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced professional environment
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Can travel as needed

Benefits for internship positions: Grant Thornton interns are eligible to participate in the firm’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firm’s employee assistance program. Interns also receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid sick leave and are paid for firm holidays that fall within their internship period.
