Employer: Elhani, LLC (d/b/a Falafel Cafe) Position: Cook Location: 11454 Uptown Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106 Duties: Prepare and cook Middle Eastern dishes. Portion, arrange, and garnish food. Check the equality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, to ensure safe and sanity food handling practices.
