Job Description
Insight Global is searching for an Enterprise Architect for Big Data for a direct hire opportunity, you play a critical role in shaping the organization's data strategy, ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of Big Data. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture, you collaborate with IT counterparts, business stakeholders, and other architects to drive innovation and best practices. Job Functions
The Enterprise Architect for Big Data (EABD) defines patterns, builds reference models, and guides technology roadmaps.
They coachproject delivery teams, emphasizing best practices.
As a domainexpert, they inspire collaboration and credibility in areas like data science, data governance, and master data management.
The EABD focuses on risk reduction, including managing tech debt and minimizing total cost of ownership for existing data assets and tools.
They educate and guidestakeholders, IT delivery teams, and leaders to adhere to architectural standards.
Collaborating with other architects, they facilitate governance processes (e.g., ARB, TRB) and review architectural patterns annually. The EABD shapes the Big Data strategy, standards, and roadmap.
They ensure the data ecosystem is future-proof and accessible to all.
This involves decisions related to data ingestion, harmonization, normalization, containerization, curation, and analytics technologies
This role is targeting 170,000 annually with a 15% bonus structure.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in a Data focused role withevolving Big Data ecosystems either as Data Engineer/DBA
Working knowledge of Enterprisetools, MDM, and Big Data products like Informatica, SAP SAC, Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, etc. PaaS and DaaS knowledge is key. Cloud computing experience using GCP, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure
Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, AWS, CEA, SAP, OEM, EA, DAMA, MDM, or EDW
CPG/Spirits industry data governance knowledge null
