Home Care Providers of Texas is adding to our PCS team in South South-East Houston area!
Home Care Providers of Texas is seeking a dedicated and reliable Timekeeper to join our caregiving services team. As a Timekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely recording of caregivers' working hours and managing payroll processes.
Pay Range $15.00-$17.00

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate records of caregivers' working hours
Review timesheets and verify the accuracy of reported hours
Enter and update caregiver attendance and schedule information into the system
Communicate with caregivers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their working hours
Prepare payroll based on recorded hours
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Receive incoming calls and messages and direct to appropriate staff
Requirements:
Previous experience with Vesta EVV System
Ability to work remote as well as work in office as required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
