We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist II Women’s Lifestyle LATAM to join our Mexico City-based Marketing team. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a member of the Consumer Brand Management team in Mexico City, you’ll be involved in leading brand strategy and driving innovation, concepts, product and key moments from brief to plan to execution across our Nike Mexico and Latin America territories. This role will bring to life our annual brand architecture for Women’s Lifestyle and drive brand through our seasonal and daily initiatives. Responsibilities and activities of the role include providing support to the Brand Manager and team to gain consumer insight, learn the ideation process and product integration into seasonal planning, support development of seasonal initiatives and support to the Brand Manager to deliver integrated marketing plans and managing campaign progress measurement, including recapping and de-briefing. This role will also lead and manage some key tactical executions that deliver on the overall integrated marketing plan. Success will be measured on increases in brand strength, traffic to Nike platforms, sell-through of key products, engagement and retention of Nike members.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report directly to the Women’s Lifestyle Brand Manager. You will partner with our Mexico and Latin America Marketing cross-functional teams to build more effective and efficient ways to encourage and connect with female consumers. Your key internal partners will be the Brand Creative Team, Sports Marketing Team, Integrated Media Team, Catalyst Team and SCI Teams, among others depending on seasonal initiatives and projects. Your key external partners are creative agencies, production agencies and communities.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field, or a combination of highly relevant education, experience and training.

· Minimum two years of experience in either brand building/marketing, consumer marketing or related experience in digital marketing and/or integrated brand communications.

· Genuine passion and deep understanding of Lifestyle consumer, the fashion industry landscape, women's style and trends insights, sneaker and streetwear culture, key stakeholders within lifestyle, fashion and culture.

· Ability to think big picture first, work cross functionally, have a curiosity for consumer insights/behaviors and multi-task in a fast-paced, agile culture.

· Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

· Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
