*Summary: *Responsible for performing all outside repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Services and installs all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits daily.
- Coordinate daily with Mobil Service Coordinator admin/liaison between customer and ET&T.
- Turn in detailed paperwork daily. Including part numbers, vin numbers and pictures of before and after repairs.
- Works closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of installations, repairs and service work.
- Always maintains service vehicles in a clean manner, performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook on service/repairs done on a routine basis.
- Keeps vehicle stocked with a sufficient supply of parts and tools.
Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhances the company's image.
