OH Corporate Resources Consulting is a tax efficiency planning group that focuses on building our client's estate, increasing the wealth of multiple generations and improving the value of their personal and business enterprises.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to the Executive Consultant ("EC") to ensure the efficient operation of our company. This position offers flex time and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time amalgamated role for an Administrative Assistant at OH Corporate Resources Consulting located in Circleville, Ohio, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant ("AA") will be responsible for providing administrative support, perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management. The AA will be responsible for managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with general office tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also proofread documents for accuracy and completeness, handle incoming and outgoing communications, handle confidential information with discretion, utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping, occasionally drive EC to meeting, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experienced in basic and aggressive clerical duties, including data entry, filing, 200m meetings, and document management
