Insight Global Strategic Sourcing Analyst in Circle Pines, Minnesota
Job Description
Our client, a global distributor of parts and accessories for outdoor power equipment, automotive & heavy-duty trucks, and power sports is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst. They will report to the Director, COE and be an integral part of the larger Strategic Sourcing Team. The Strategic Sourcing Team is responsible for strategically sourcing a specific Category with goals of following the overall organization strategy including improving the total cost of ownership through product, quality, technology, and piece part savings. Each category varies but there is roughly 500-1,000 part numbers for each of the 6 categories across their company. Responsibilities will include supporting the sourcing organization with data analysis, management reporting, data categorization from a sourcing effort, pulling information from various ERP systems and instances, coordinating the collection of information from suppliers, tracking savings and SKU / part implementation progress with suppliers, etc. This role requires travel internationally 25% of the time to qualify and visit suppliers in China, South America, Taiwan, and India. This role is a contract opportunity through Q1 of 2026.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in business (e.g. Analytics, Finance, etc.) or Supply Chain from a 4-year college or university preferred
1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and experience with data visualization (Power Point, Power BI, etc.) null
