The Service Product Manager for Mammotome is responsible for providing continuous improvement as well managing launch, new product introduction, and portfolio management for Commercial and Operational Service products.

This position is part of the Commercial Service and Service Center Operations team and will be hybrid. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the Commercial Sales and Service organization and report to the Sr. Director of Commercial Service and Service Center Operations responsible for Service Product Management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide continuous improvement for the Service Portfolio

• Lead and develop the Service Launch Excellence process.

• Coordinate the global Service project funnel.

• Liaise with global Field Sales and Service Personnel on Service initiatives.

• Develop and monitor Service financials driving effectiveness of Service products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical products (med tech, pharma, biotech) or closely-related industry including at least 3 years in product management role(s)

• Demonstrated track record of working collaboratively and cooperatively with cross functional teams to solve problems as well deploy continuous improvement solutions for Service.

• Demonstrated keen understanding of internal and external Customer orientation to determine pathways for problem resolution as well effectiveness of Service products.

• Financial acumen to communicate and distill critical financial data through understanding financial and business concepts.

• Demonstrated global business perspective in training, product introductions, and life cycle management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelors degree or higher, especially in relevant STEM discipline

• Medical Device and Supporting Technical Service

• SAP and/or SFDC systems

• ADKAR or Similar methodology for people and change management.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
