Senior Automation Test Analyst Location: Cincinnati - OH Required Skills * Hands on testing with 3+ years of Logistics Domain experience * Selenium C# Automation experience and Rest Assured Knowledge * Troubleshooting any issue in the integration side and coordinate with the respective team for fixing the same * Manage the risks & escalations. * Maintain & track KPIs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in using SQL Queries * Should have experience working in a client-facing role and handling multiple customers/projects concurrently * Should have strong skills in planning, organizing, communicating effectively, problem-solving, attention to detail, critical thinking, and taking initiatives. Nice to have Skills. * Agile Testing * API Test Automation * Transportation management domain knowledge Roles and Responsibilities Utilize Selenium for automated testing ensuring robustness and scalability of test suites. Apply Core Java knowledge to enhance test automation frameworks and scripts. Manage test environments and version control using TFS ensuring smooth CI/CD processes. Collaborate with development teams to identify report and troubleshoot defects. Drive the adoption of best practices in quality assurance across the project. Analyze test results generating detailed reports that inform development strategies. Stay abreast of new testing tools and methodologies to improve test efficiency. Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables maintaining high standards of quality. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
