Details: A Remote Project Manager job is currently available at Belcan. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of work experience in project management, ideally in the aerospace industry. While remote, this role will have up to 25% travel. JOB DUTIES: *Weekly participation in coordination and reporting meetings with the working team and leadership: module meetings with engineering, Teams meetings with repair shops and overhaul shops, product operations hardware status review (i.e., weekly team meeting), Product Control Board (PCB) as required, and engine Leadership WOR. *Through the above meetings and occasional ad hoc meetings or other communications understand the project plans necessary to industrialize repair capability (NPI) in the EEMC overhaul shop and the new HPC offload repair shop in China. *Primarily coordinating with a GE program manager responsible for all of the commercial contracts, GE"s revenue share partner who is responsible for the HPC processes, the shops doing the work to industrialize, and internal GE Engineering for support. -Key responsibility is understanding when gaps are preventing the plan from executing and bringing resources to help answer questions, solve problems, etc. to keep things moving. *Coordinate engineering with supply chain in support of hardware delivery constraints when required. *Identification of hardware/module supply constraints and raising to the team that can engage in problem solving. *Occasional coordination of hardware (USM) movement from warehouses to repair shops or back. Generally, this is confirming that traceability records exist and submitting POs to support the movement of hardware. *The engine program is a joint venture. There are occasional meetings (reporting style meetings) where the teams keep each other informed. *With the right level of experience and expertise, the resource could be remote with the ability to travel occasionally to GE in Cincinnati to work with the team. *Up to 4 trips estimated at 1 week in duration per trip to: -Paris France to meet with revenue share partner responsible for the HPC. -Dubai where the primary overhaul shop is located. -Florida where a secondary overhaul shop is being stood up. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * BS degree in engineering * Relevant work experience of at least 5-10 years * Project Management experience * Similar module or hardware ownership experience We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $72,800 to $114,400.
