Our company is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate and exceptional care to our senior residents. We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and qualified individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant in our Skilled Long-term Care facility located in Cincinnati , OH .
Maintenance Assistant Key Duties:
Assist in the maintenance, preventive maintenance, projects, and repair of all equipment within the facility.
Assist in maintaining the grounds, building internal and external, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Performs cleanup at the end of the day or when the job is completed.
Ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations. Oversee the department when Director is out of the facility.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
Experience in a Skilled long term care environment or hospital preferred.
Experience in plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance duties, service heating and cooling units systems.
