Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Furnace Operator for our facility in Cincinnati, OH (Price Hill Area). This role involves controlling and monitoring large furnaces, handling work orders, and managing the loading and unloading of materials. Please note that the company will be relocating to Fairfield, though the timeline for this move is not yet determined. The position is on the 1st shift, with hours from 5:00am to 1:30pm and requires overtime work.
Responsibilities
Control and monitor large furnace operations.
Fill out and read work orders.
Load and unload the furnace.
Load and unload bins, fixtures, and baskets.
Report any unusual problems to the manager.
Operate a forklift as needed.
Essential Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a hot environment (Not temperature controlled facility)
Steel Toe Boots
Willingness to work in Fairfield in the future
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC, machine operation, mill, lathe, machining, calipers, and mechanical operations
Mechanically inclined
Furnace operating experience (at least 6 months)
Forklift experience
Machine operating experience (beyond button-pushing)
Job pack experience

Work Environment
The work environment is a hot, non-temperature-controlled facility. You will be required to wear steel toe boots. The company is currently located in Cincinnati, OH (Price Hill Area) but will be moving to Fairfield in the future. The position is on the 1st shift, with hours from 5:00am to 1:30pm, and requires overtime work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
