Then you sound like a Worldpayer. About the team Our IT Service Management team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of IT services to our users. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively. What you will be doing We are seeking a detail-oriented Release Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the Release management processes within our organization, utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Works with infrastructure and application Release owners to ensure all requests for Release are raised and executed according to defined policy and process. This allows Release to be introduced with minimal disruption to the business and meets internal, regulatory, and third-party audit requirements. Coordinates, convenes, and facilitates Release representation on Change Advisory Boards (CABs) as well as Forward planning meetings, containing both internal staff and customers. Maintains a calendar of approved and agreed upon product and infrastructure maintenance schedules. Reviews completeness and quality of Release information entered in the Release management system (ServiceNow) and works with Release requesters to correct deficiencies. Reviews and follows up on non-compliant Releases as well as Releases which occur outside the defined processes. Works with all parties to resolve Release related scheduling conflicts according to established practices. Employs multiple channels to effectively communicate Release to the organization. Demonstrates an overall understanding and knowledge of the supported applications and infrastructure in the production environment. Holds Post Implementation review meetings to identify lessons learnt with failed Release and Release with issues Other related duties are assigned as needed.
