We provide vertical software companies with an all-in-one platform and white-glove implementation approach to capitalize on the opportunities for growth, innovation, and transformation within embedded payments. What you'll own The Implementation Engineer will assist the Implementation Project Manager through a clear understanding of Payrix's platform features and functionality, ensuring implementation projects are scoped, tracked and on target to deliver in accordance with the platform's capabilities. This starts by collaborating with our partners/customers with an intention to comprehend the business requirements of the company. Serve as the key technical contact with our partners to ensure continuity of their technical relationship. Create detailed design and implementation specifications, documentation, or diagrams for complex products, applications and solutions. Full to partial oversight of all assigned implementations and partner engagements. May provide consultation and/or product capability assessment and validation to prospective users. Build expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked to introduce new products. Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate and advocate the needs of partners into meaningful requirements. Influence product decisions and roadmap using customer feedback and support data metrics. Act as a technical liaison for product, marketing, and sales teams What you bring Experience in developer support or showcase software development or engineering skill sets. Stellar written and verbal communication. Demonstrated knowledge of Postman API. Experience and knowledge of payments, software, retail, or technical support industries. Experience analyzing and gathering data metrics from various systems such as CRMs, community conversations, and project management tools to drive data-driven decisions. Have demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness.
