Human Resources/Staff Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Human Resources
1 year of experience in HR metrics and employee relations
1 year of experience in Payroll
1 year of Medical Records experience
Basic knowledge of Accounting systems including Excel
Working knowledge of clinical software & electronic clinical record utilization
Excellent computer knowledge & skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and navigate complex relationships within an organizational ecosystem
Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to safely and personally operate a vehicle
Human Resources/Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
Maintain all Accounting, Human Resource Records, Invoices, and Medical Records
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Develop and maintain protocol and timeline for new hires
Partner in the recruitment and selection process for employment based on staffing needs
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Ensure legal compliance with all policies and regulations including but not limited to, accounting, confidentiality, unemployment claims, worker's compensation, and leave of absence throughout human resource management
Process payroll, donations, and deposits
Maintain all Accounting, Human Resource records, invoices, and files
Receive all clinical admission forms, distribute copies to appropriate personnel and incorporate originals in the open chart.
Maintain all medical records in the designated areas according to agency policies and procedures.
Human Resource Schedule & Benefits:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
